It was a simple thing “… they have no wine…” but Our Lady of Good Counsel noticed there was a need. She told her Son and set the example for all of her daughters to follow.
The Ladies Society of St. Rose of Lima embraces Our Lady’s example through various commissions. It may be a “simple thing” of providing hospitality and food for our Parish family at a reception. It may be a “simple thing” of providing altar flowers, banners, Mass cards, First Communion gifts, or scholarships for our youth. It may be a “simple thing” of sending cards to nursing home patients and providing needed supplies for the Pregnancy Resource Center, Alpha Center and the Family Resource Center. It may be a “simple thing” of helping at Fall Festival, Diocesan activities, or overseeing the Votive Candle Ministry, etc. It may be a “simple thing” of giving to the Building Fund or a family in need.
“…they have no wine…” All ladies in the Parish are invited to prayerfully consider using their gifts to help the Ladies Society with the ongoing needs of our Parish. We meet at 7:30 PM in the Parish Hall (following Mass), the first Wednesday of every month.

The Ladies Society meets the first Wednesday of every month in the Parish Hall at 7:30 PM following the Mass. All ladies of the parish are invited to attend.
